Default How can sirius justify the # of staff howard has given he comes back for less days?

I mean, correct me if im wrong, but sirius has YET to turn a profit still.

how in the hell can they retain the same amount of howard-related staff given howard is gonna re-sign for less days and more vacation?

given that, how do they justify paying baba booey, fred, robin, etc the same salary given they will be doing less shows as well? and the news dept already has enough of a hard time to find enough content to fill up their broadcast as well.

also, HTV is gonna have WAAAAYYYY less content. is comcast gonna still charge me the same price for this service. will HTV be able to retain all their staff as well? I mean how do they justify retaining everyone?

only dept thats howard related that should be hiring is the tapes team, since they will be doing just that much more work.

Howard TV will be fine. I'm sure we will see a lot more whore segments on the show. I agree with you though. How do they justify that??????

See what the competition is offering in your area.
Call Comcast and quote their offers.
Comcast may not be able to lower your HTV price since it's an ala-carte adult channel, but they can probably lower your bill in other areas.

Even if it's something small like $10 a month for 3 months, that still adds up. And when those promotions end, call them back and do it all over again.

Hell, my last bill showed a CREDIT, as in they owe me money. Not only was it free, but my next one will be a bit lower than usual due to all the adjustments on my previous one.

I dont have HTV actually. I dont plan on signing up. my cable/internet bill is already outrageous as it is.

I've been saying this. If they go to less days they are not gonna keep the same amount of people. I hope they get rid of people like Will and Jason since they are always rooting for Howard to work less when in the end they are the ones that would suffer from a lighter schedule.

Gary trying to make the point that they really don't have a lot of staff was maybe the dumbest thing I've ever heard on the show. Even Robin said she thought there was a large number of staff. Howard's spin that "relative to TV shows" they don't have a lot of staff also made zero sense. I mean, relative to the U.S. space program, what is his staff size like then?

There are a LOT of expendable staff members on the payroll. Not to mention, it's a show that a lot of people would work on for free/no pay, so they could easily trim people and have no problem covering positions/shifts/whatever.

The news department would have to be the first thing to be scrutinzed. Lisa Glassberg did stories on the STONE movie premiere on-air during the show today, which H100 News already did segments for several days to a week ago!! It's rehashed and unnecessary and if that's the best they can do, they aren't essential. I know they serve the greater purpose of keeping Howard in the outside media, but they haven't done a great job.

I would be SO happy if Jason goes. He seems to be confident in his skills to find work elsewhere, so let's put it to the test, so long as he's gone. Won't happen, though, he's someone Howard has over to his house and defends him at every turn, so he's probably in for the long haul.

thats y shuli is smart. he knows that the news dept would/should probably be the first to go if there's a cut in staff. thats why he's infiltrated damn near every other show on H100/101.
