Quick question about the Best of Xm package. I know you get MLB Home Plate, but you don't get any coverage of the games (audio broadcasts, I mean). Is this correct? I am assuming it has something to do with MLBs rights with XM?

The best thing to do is get an XM radio with Best of Sirius. You get all the programming that way, plus better radios.

Darnit! Figured that.

Since I have had a Sirius radio and sub for almost 4 years, I think I will stick with that and get the Best of XM package and hope that MLB comes around.

Thanks for the info.

Or get a Iphone and get the AT Bat app for 10 bucks a season with GDA.

MLB agreed to a deal with XM. I would think that Sirius would have to cough up some dollars to get the games on Sirius.

NBA agreed to a deal with XM.
NBA agreed to a deal with XM.
Opie and Anthony agreed to a deal with XM.
NFL agreed to a deal with Sirius.
Martha Stewart agreed to a deal with Sirius.
Howard Stern agreed to a deal with Sirius. (Obligatory joke about "really?")

All of that programming

If Sirius and MLB can't agree to a deal, i'll gladly throw blame to MLB. It's obvious that once was "marquee talent to one platform" has no issue with going over to the other platform.
