I'm looking to buy an electronic dictionary for school. Does anyone have any opinions on what might be a good one?

Why can't you use the internet like everyone else? Are you going to school on Uranus?

I can't take my computer everywhere I go!

You can if you get small computer, and you don't have to, since phones can access the internet now.

The notion of an electronic dictionary sounds really odd to me since I always have access to the internet.

It looks like these are running upwards of $20 on Amazon. Seems like a lot to spend for dictionary. And anything you need to turn in, you'll be using your PC to create (with spell check). I'd opt for a paperback dictionary.

All good points. But, I can't use the internet on my phone, and sometimes i need to look up words when reading science text not when I'm writing!
