Does anybody else watch this show? I know I'm late to the party here and the show is technically over but I took my 6 year old to see the movie when it came out in July and we've been watching the cartoon on NICKTOONS ever since.

Finally got to see the Series Finale the other day and I was surprised at how good it really was. There was a moment that I actually sat up in my seat and was cheering on Aang when he was fighting the Firelord.

Great show that works on a lot of levels. A lot of kid type entertainment but a lot of good martial arts and different martial arts sytles. Plus, some the themes and morals are pretty mature and can be enjoyed by adults too.

I know they're making a new show that comes out in 2011 but I just wanted to see if any other people on this board have enjoyed this show as much as I have.

Such a great cartoon with so much thought put into every episode.

Amazing.

im loving labor day so far. ive been working the graveyard shift and since its ot and holiday pay for me im making double time and a half.

so what are your plans for the day all? and beach goers out there? im planning to go see machete. or as the right would say "that race war hateful movie."

well after i started that awful thread about the puppies i thought i should counter it by posting a cool animal thread. so about 9 hours into my work day i saw this little guy walking across the street where all the residents come in and out. i went out to take a look and found this awesome little guy:

so i couldnt help but bring him in with me and play with him for awhile. he was a fast little guy. im guessing he was trying to find his way to the lake we have and wound up in the street, somewhat lost. so after i was done playing with my new buddy i walked him down to the edge of the lake and when i put him down he jumped right in.

this guy was so little and cute. we have huge versions of these guys in that lake. im talking turtles bigger than my cat, like the size of toto from the wizard of oz. hopefully my buddy will grow up to be that big some day and we can hang out again as adults!

for me its hand down, no question, the simpsons. it like saying howard stern vs podcasts. without howie there would be no podcasts as we know them today.

the simpsons is still very edgy in a less in your face way. their subtle comedy jabs at all things current has rocked for the past 20+ years. dont get me wrong family guy rules and i watch every episode, but it cant hold a candle to the godfather....the simpsons.

Saw them on Monday exiting a limo in front of the Dakota apartments in NYC. They had an entourage with them and were quickly taken inside. Roughly 30 minutes later they walked over to Strawberry Fields and some professional photographers took some shots (uhm, bad choice of words there considering). I don't have a clue who they are, anyone else know?
